Agents & Configuration

5

Go to the Agents page and click 'Create Agent'. Fill in the agent's name, select a voice, configure the prompt (instructions for how the agent should behave), and save. Your agent will be ready to use immediately!

Yes! When creating or editing an agent, you can select from multiple voice options. Each voice has different characteristics - some are male, some are female, and some support multiple languages. You can also adjust the voice speed to match your preferences.

There is no hard limit on the number of agents you can create. You can create as many agents as you need for your use case. However, agents should be used in accordance with standard usage practices. If you need to create a very large number of agents, please contact our support team.

A prompt is the set of instructions that tells your agent how to behave, what information to provide, and how to respond to users. Write clear, specific instructions about your agent's role, personality, and the type of information it should provide. For example: 'You are a friendly customer support agent for an e-commerce store. Help customers with product questions, orders, and returns.'

Yes! You can test your agent directly from the agent creation page using the built-in test interface. This allows you to have a conversation with your agent and make adjustments before making it live.

Billing & Credits

5

Credits are the universal unit of consumption across all platform services. They are deducted as you use voice, phone, and related services. Your monthly allocation depends on your plan β€” see your account or contact us for details.

Credits are used for voice conversations and API calls. Each minute of conversation or API request consumes credits. Phone numbers are dedicated phone lines you can assign to agents for voice calls. You need both credits and a phone number to make outbound calls.

Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next period. Make sure to use your credits within the billing period.

Yes, you can purchase additional credits beyond your plan allocation. Please contact support to add credits or change your plan.

If you run out of credits, your agents will stop working until you add more credits or upgrade your plan. You'll receive notifications when your credit balance is low.

Troubleshooting

4

First, review your agent's prompt to ensure it has clear instructions. Test the agent using the built-in test interface. If issues persist, check that you have sufficient credits and that your agent is properly configured. Contact support if you need further assistance.

Check your browser's audio permissions and ensure your speakers or headphones are working. Some browsers require user interaction before allowing audio playback. Make sure you've clicked on the page at least once.

You can contact our support team by email at [email protected], use the voice assistant on the Help page, or submit a support ticket through your account. We typically respond within 24 hours during business days.

In Google Chrome, open chrome://flags and search for "Chrome-wide echo cancellation". Set it to Enabled (it may have been turned off after an update or profile reset). This runs echo cancellation in Chrome’s audio process so your microphone is less likely to pick up the agent’s voice from your speakers. Using headphones also prevents speaker-to-mic bleed. Then restart Chrome if prompted.
